Return Policy
If your decals arrive damaged please contact us within 1 week of arrival for credit or exchange. We hope you love our decals but if you don't please email us!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition. Returns should be sent back in their original packaging within 2 weeks. Once we've accepted the return we and we will refund your purchase minus a $5 restocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 1 week of arrival if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) as well as sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange your item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
